Spring Saturday College Classes

Dear MSE Parents and Students,
It is my pleasure to share a wonderful opportunity with you. The College Now office at The City College of New York has extended an offer to MSE sophomores, juniors and seniors. The College Now Office has set up a Saturday section of English 10100 exclusively for our students. The class would be held from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon in the NAC. The course starts on January 30, 2010 and runs through May 22, 2010 (classes will not be held February 13th and April 3rd). Due to the short turn around time we have obtained a waiver for students who want to take the class but cannot start this Saturday.
The College Now office might also be able to set up a section of Introduction to Philosophy or Introduction to Psychology. These courses will run at the same time as the English class and will only be created if there is enough demand to create full sections. In addition, the College Now office has seats remaining in its Elementary Arabic class. The Arabic class meets on the same days but runs from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
If you are interested in any of these courses please e-mail Mrs. Bilotti (KBilotti@hsmse.org) immediately. Please include the phrase “College Now” in the subject line. Please indicate which course you are interested in taking. These classes will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis. Any questions about these courses should be directed to Mr. Dugan or Mrs. Bilotti.
