AP Bulletin for Student and Parents 2017

Boletín para Estudiantes de AP y sus Padres 2017

Please be reminded the AP Exams will be administered this week on Wednesday, May 17th; Thursday, May 18th; and Friday, May 19th.  Students will need to report to Baskerville Hall at 7am for morning exams and 11am for afternoon exams. These times are in effect to follow strict testing times.

The room assignments will be posted in the Baskerville Hall lobby and the seating assignments will be posted in front of the testing room. As per College Board security procedures, we are prohibited from disclosing the room and seating assignments prior to testing. Please arrive on time for these exams because students who arrive late may not be able to take the exam.

Students who take morning exams will be scheduled for a lunch period after the conclusion of their morning exams and then will attend their regularly scheduled classes for the remainder of the day. Students who have an exam in the morning and afternoon of the same day will not, due to strict testing times, have time for a scheduled lunch time, but are encouraged to eat a quick, nutritious snack before the afternoon exam. Students who have an afternoon exam will be dismissed early from their 2nd period class for an early lunch period so they will be able to report to Baskerville Hall at 11am for their testing room assignments.

All students will need several, sharpened, #2 pencils (mechanical pencils are prohibited); pens with blue or black ink, especially for exams free response questions; approved calculators (for Statistics, Calculus AB & BC, Chemistry, Physics C: Mechanics); ruler or straight edge for Physics C: Mechanics).

Students, as you enter the room, you MUST turn OFF all of your electronic devices, place them in your bag, and place the bag in front of the room.

No food and beverages are allowed in the testing room. This includes water bottles.

Please email me if you have any questions at wklein@hsmse.org

Best of luck!
